tariffs & bookings
GROUP BOOKINGS :
Midweek - 6 guests: $800 for one night stay; ask about our tariff if you stay more than one night midweek
Weekends - 6 guests: Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun $1300. Additional person $95 per night. Minimum 2 night stay
Additional Night - $95 per person-minimum $550.
INDIVIDUAL COUPLES :
Midweek - $250 for one night; ask about reduced tariff for additional nights.
Weekends - Couples subject to availability, $600 for 2 nights.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment of this deposit constitutes the client's acceptance of our "Terms & Conditions".
- Deposits are not refundable (or transferable) if a cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to arrival, unless the property can be rebooked. All refunds attract a $50 administration fee.
To ensure the continuing quality of our product the following Conditions apply.
Guests are requested:-
- Not to smoke inside the house
- Not to damage or remove property
- Not to increase the number of guests in their party without prior consent of management
- Not to hold a function or party without prior consent of management
- If organising an onsite massage, hairdresser etc. please contact management so that we can obtain Public Liability cover from these organisations
- Not to leave the house in an unreasonable condition e.g. unwashed dishes.
You will be required to provide us your credit card details on arrival. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of any of the above. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification.
We regret the need to have to formalise these conditions & know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.
- The owners of the property known as "i villini", 497 Talga Road Rothbury, take no responsibility for guests' personal property.
- All tariffs are inclusive of GST & are valid to 31/03/08
- Check in time is 2pm
- Check out time midweek is 10am, weekends 11am.
- No pets allowed.
