i villini hunter valley is different! A fully self contained house with lots of ambience, space and comforts. We take groups up to 8 and couples are welcome last minute on weekends or midweek.

► Paradise .... embodied by the ambience; romance and the comfort of the house; the views to the Brokenback Range; the kangaroos that live here; the birds that sing all the time; the early morning mist; the hot-air balloons that land in the paddock across the creek; and the beautiful gardens to sit in and enjoy.
► Luxury .... we pay great attention to detail, fully equipped and fully self-contained kitchen, bedrooms that are all privately located and ALL have ensuites. How hard is it to find a house for groups where each couple has their own bathroom? Very! Our furnishings are colourful and good quality and our furniture is mostly antique.
► Ambience .... when entering you will love the huge timber beams that make up the structure of the house. Built in 1993 with recycled materials these old timbers are the bones of the ambience, add to that the open fires places that will be burning warmly in Winter on your arrival, depending on the time of day of course.
► Romance .... as couple accommodation there will be no other guests staying. Candles, open fires, soft music, a glass of wine and someone to cuddle up to, can't get much more romantic than that. As group accommodation; lots of good conversation; good wine and food.
► Environmentally friendly .... every move we make (I think I have heard those words in a song) considers the environment; products used in the house; tree planting; solar hot-water; even our new outdoor setting is NOT made with rain-forest timbers and is endorsed as environmentally friendly.
► Different .... i villini is unlike any other house accommodation in the Hunter Valley, we are set well back from a no-through road and the front gate is opened with a security code to offer privacy from those who may wander in to have a look or "take a wrong turn". It is peaceful with the occasional plane flying overhead, but not a bother.
► And more .... you will find a breakfast hamper in the kitchen, we try to buy Australian Made and products that are not GM. If you have preferences please let me know.
.... if you don't want to cook, I can arrange pre cooked meals from Mojos Deli such as lasagne.
.... I can organise a special hamper if you want to give a gift, maybe chocolates, wine or produce or all of those things.
